A tradition

In 1902, Aimé Coeur Tyrode melts the house to the 66, Cours Fauriel in Saint Etienne; in 1913, he deposits the patent of its famous closing "Eaglet" and, in 1933, he is selected for its great competence in order to produce the shotgun with platinums which will be offered to President Albert Lebrun at the time of his visit of Saint-Etienne.

Henri Guichard succeeds to him in 1934 and acquires an international reputation confirmed by a gold medal to the World Fair of 1937, in Paris. He constitutes customers of advised experts ; George Granger, his companion for 20 years, better workman of France in 1968, Maitre-Craftsman in 1978, prize winner of the Trades of Art in 1979, has kept this tradition of a sure, elegant and prestigious weapon by joining together a remarkable team, experts with all the technical and aesthetic difficulties. The confidence granted by the most famous arms manufacturers in France and abroad allowed this continuity, transmitted to Richard Levy, companion since 23 years worthy successor of his famous master and friend.

Exceptional Gun

The hunter, the amateur will be satisfied with a weapon created in particular for them by a team of craftsmen experienced and worried at the same time about solidity, safety, effectiveness and elegance of their products. Using only the steels treated according to intensive the use requested from these shotguns, of the wood of stick carefully selected for their solidity and their beauty, the team, faithful to the traditions of use with Saint-Etienne, since XVIe Century, built itself turntables, trigger guards and rockers starting from the forged steel in the mass.

Each one in its speciality, will have to prove its merit by adjusting all the parts with the lampblack, by working them with the graver and with the file according to the wishes of the purchaser in the case of shotguns in pair or triplette, all the parts are weighed to obtain two or three weapons in all identical points, of the same weight and of the same balance. Our the most qualified engravers moment can compose a creation. All must pleasant with the sight, be refined in its design as in its execution and to thus compose the weapon of which you always dreamed.
